Magnum Detox is a brand that’s been around for a long time. The company website makes some big claims, and if you look online there’s an awful lot of people saying both good and bad things about the results they obtained using this detox drink.
So I thought it was time to do a full Magnum detox review, to see what the truth is. There are some misconceptions around this brand, and in fact Magnum Detox is not single detox drink, but two. So we will take a look in detail at the two different drinks in the Magnum range.
I have some significant concerns about Magnum, due to what I’ve read online, and what friends have told me. On top of that, although it’s available in many smoke shops, it does not sell well anymore, many people who have bought it, gave bad feedback about it.
So what’s the truth? Does Magnum Detox work, or is it an outdated/inferior product that is going to get you caught out?
What Is Magnum Detox?
Magnum Detox is a long established detoxification drink. Basically, you drink it, and it flushes out the toxins so that you can pass a urine drug test shortly after drinking it.
The company themselves claim:
“Our legions of satisfied Magnum Detox customers are our best advertisement!”
That sounds awesome. But the experience I have had personally and looking online, it’s not quite that positive. One confusion around the Magnum detox range is that people think it’s a single drink. However, this is confused by the fact that there are three different bottle shapes.
How To Use Magnum Detox
So let’s talk specifically about how to use Magnum Detox Instant Flush, as that seems to be the only product that is officially sold and supported right now.
Instructions for using Magnum are pretty straightforward. You shake the bottle well, and drink in one go a steady pace. That’s it.
The company claim you will have “instant detoxification”. That’s one hell of a claim, especially as it takes about one hour for the liquid to pass through your system at a minimum.
But one hour after drinking, the company claim you will be capable of taking a urine drug test and passing.
Magnum Detox Review: Does It Work?
Unfortunately, the classic Magnum detox drink range simply does not work at all. It’s obvious the company are trying to sell off the old stock at a low price, almost as a sideline on Amazon, so they don’t lose their investment.
That tells you everything you need to know.
Generally, the answer to the question: does Magnum detox drink work, is no. Even the new Magnum detox instant flush has very mixed reviews on Amazon.
But I wanted to make sure myself, so for the purposes of this Magnum detox review I bought some Instant Flush and got it tested.
I tested at one hour, two hours and three hours after drinking and failed all three home urine tests.
Use These Recommended Detox Drinks Instead
So my conclusion at the end of this Magnum Detox Instant Flush review is that unfortunately none of the Magnum detox drink range can be trusted.
Magnum also makes synthetic urine. It’s also had loads of negative reviews, including mine, which you can read by clicking here. Generally, it’s not a company to be trusted.
But there are alternatives out there. I recommend the following detox drinks if you really want to flush toxins out of your system to pass a urine drug test:

Ultra Eliminex
This is a brand of detox drink I only found recently. However, it’s gone straight onto my highly recommended detox drinks list.
It’s not cheap, it’s one of the most expensive detox drinks I’ve ever seen, but you can get it about $20 cheaper than the recommended price if you buy it here.
But in my own testing, and through friends who actually used in live drug tests, I can confirm that Ultra Eliminex lives up to the hype. It’s an incredibly high-quality brand, that really will flush out the toxins and get you through that drug test.
