Baby Dinosaur is happily munching on leaves, twigs and berries in a deep Canyon and is caught in the rising Water of a flash flood. Our job is to rescue Bambino Dino!

We work as a team to save little Dino by lowering the Water level until he is dry and also help give him the Food he likes best.

This is an excellent game to introduce the co-operative concept to young children. Simple to grasp, with color-coded dice that indicate when to pick a helpful Tool or some Food and also when to build the Water higher and higher.

Though luck plays a part in keeping up the suspense, there are choices to be made, so you must do some thinking and discussing. Everyone's contribution matters. Have fun and remember to share your Tools. We need everyone's help.

Growly in the Garden
Quantity::

Players help each other plant as big a Flower Garden as they can, and also help the Growlies find what they need most, so they don't pick and trash the Flowers instead. With some sharing of ideas and talking over of strategies, we will help change Crabby, Messy, Greedy, Stinky and Snobby into happier creatures. Sometimes we will need Scarecrows, as well as Special Items such as Fruit Soap, Cornstalk Brooms, Gold Coins, Smiley Buttons and, best of all, some delicious Humble Pie. Guess which Growly needs what item!

On each turn, a player gets two cards to play somewhere in the Garden. When and where to plant a Flower? Or put a Scarecrow? Or leave a Pie? Decisions, decisions.

Each game unfolds differently, so keep on your mental tiptoes.  Lots of play value, for as many as six players.

Includes: 12 x 12" board, 16 flowers, 5 growlies, growly lodge, 9 special items, scoresheets, handy chart, and rules for regular and hard versions. © 2000

Our customers say:
"This is a thoroughly fun game — but don't let the Crabby, Messy and Greedy Growlies fool you into thinking this is all froth. There is plenty of brainy challenge for the clever and imaginative child. We adults enjoy it too! — Winnipeg, Man

Caves & Claws

The museum hires a team of Archaeologists to head deep into a Jungle to find Ancient Artifacts. We are that team, ready for action and adventure!

Caves & Claws is a fantasy game, featuring elements of suspense, careful planning, teamwork, danger and humor. The game has three parts. First, we have to hack out the Paths to the abandoned Caves and Temples. Second, using the connected paths, we search for and discover the Treasures. Finally we must return safely to Base Camp with what we gathered.

There are Dangers and Obstacles to avoid, such as The Creeping Claw, The Nasty Hairy Thing and Big Boulders rolling over Entrances! We may have to resort to whatever desperate Remedy we find in our knapsacks to save us — a Super HeadNet, a Laser Lantern, a Piece of Broccoli, even a Smelly Sock! Yes, few creatures can face the Sock!

Includes: 12 x 12" jungle map, pathways, movers, tent card, a set of ancient treasure, danger, and remedy cards, rules for regular and hard games. © 1998
